Paper entry forms are located at the end of each section linked under the Competitions Rules button above. Please note that entries mailed to 4285 Trinity Road will NOT be delivered to the fairgrounds. This is NOT a deliverable USPS address.
Exhibitors who choose NOT to disclose their full Social Security Number at the time of registration, even if they have submitted an entry in the past, forfeit any and all premium monies they may be entitled to.
