State Fairgrounds Facilities
Gov. James E. Holshouser Building
The Gov. James E. Holshouser Building was built in 1971 to
serve the needs of the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Year-round
the Holshouser Building hosts festivals, train shows, conventions,
meetings, social events, small trade shows, and many other
types of events.
