The Flea Market is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. Each weekend, the Commercial and Education buildings and the outside grounds are host to hundreds of dealers, craftsmen, and booths.

Visit our event for a great selection of beads and bead related items from vendors from across the country and world selling everything from hand-made artisan glass beads to direct imports such as beads (seed, pewter, semi-precious gemstones), findings, trheads/cord and everything else you need to make beaded jewelry. Double L Bar Cowboy Mounted Shooters
Friday 8/16/2013 at 7PM and Saturday 8/17/2013 at 7PM. Double L Bar Shooters is producing a (CMSA) Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association sanctioned event featuring riders dressed in period and contemporary western costumes. Riders ON HORSEBACK shoot balloons from their galloping horses in the main arena with six guns, rifles and shotguns using safety blanks. Combines shooting Skill with horsemanship against the clock. Don't miss this thriller! Friday and Saturday Safety Meeting 6:45PM - Shot starts at 7PM with Stages 1 - 4 - Rifle & Shotgun match following the 3rd stage. No spectator admission for this event.

Equestrian Exchange Consignment Sale
Equestrian Exchange Tack Consignment Sale is North Carolina's largest equine item consignment sale. It offers the opportunity to buy and sell any equestrian tack, saddles, show clothing, barn supplies, horsewaer and riding needs for all disciplines of riding. New bar code tagging system - refer to website for all details. Consignors earn 75% of all sold and shop before public. Anything related to the equestrian sport is represented at this sale. AKC (American Kennel Club) registered dogs will compete each day for points leading to championships, as well as dog obedience trials for degrees and obedience championship points.  Championship all breed dog show, obedience and rally trials - a different Kennel Club hosts competitions each day. The schedule is: Friday, Alamance Kennel Club; Saturday, Durham Kennel Club; Sunday, Raleigh Kennel Club, and Monday, Cary Kennel Club. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
