Free spectator admission. Event starts each day at 8 am. Saturday - June 30 is Pet A Pony Day. Pet real ponies, watch show jumping and watch a blacksmith at work - 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Admission is free - Sponsored by the North Carolina Hunter Jumper Assoc. Annual Horse Show, in conjunction with the NCSU School of Veterinary Medicine .

Gem & Jewelry Show
Dealers will offer a variety of gems, jewelry, crystals, minerals and beads for show and sale. Rare minerals, giant sharks teeth, and fossils will be on display. Hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free admission.

Presented by The City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department in collaboration with the NC State Fair.
Free Admission! Free Parking! Gates open at 5 pm. Activities at No Charge 5:30 - 9 pm! Fireworks at 9:45pm. Food vendors available. Come on out Monday - July 4!

In the event of inclement weather, all indoor activities will remain as scheduled "rain or shine" and all outdoor activities will be cancelled. The fireworks display will be rescheduled for Tuesday, July 5 - rain date time changed to 9PM

This year’s activities are provided by Raleigh Parks and Recreation beginning at 5:30 pm and ending at 9:00 pm. Activities include sports challenges, American flags, craft activities, jumbo games, mini-golf, obstacle courses, and mountain bike course.

Enjoy live music from various entertainers.

You can't miss the Raleigh Police & Fire displays.

The “Got to be NC Watermelon Cutting” provided by NC Watermelon Association will begin at 5:30 pm at the July 4th Celebration and continue while supplies last.

The grand scale fireworks show at 9:45 pm.. Food vendors will be on-site.

Accessible parking and general public parking is available in Gate 4 & Gates 9. Free parking in Fairgrounds lots near Gate 9 Trinity Road and Gate 4 Youth Center Road. Handicap parking access through Gate 9 on Trinity Road.

Pets are not allowed inside the event area. No alcohol and no coolers allowed.

State 4-H Horse Show
Free admission to spectators - open to public..
Activities begin at 3 pm - 10 pm on Wednesday; 8 am - 10 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This 5-day 4-H State Championship Horse Show will featuring over 2600 entries in 123 classes highlighting youth / 4-H members exhibiting their project animals and demonstrating their riding and management skills.
