The Flea Market is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. Each weekend, the Commercial and Education buildings, the Shoppes at Dorton and the outside grounds are host to hundreds of dealers, craftsmen, and booths.

Raleigh Money Expo™
Raleigh Coin Club’s 44th annual coin, currency and stamp show – the biggest money show in the Carolinas!  Buy, sell and trade coins, paper money, stamps plus gold, silver and more.  Free educational seminars on Friday and Saturday, plus educational exhibits all weekend!  Special “Kid’s Zone” with games and free coin and stamp prizes.  More than 160 dealer tables offering US and World collectibles.  Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Sunday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Admission is FREE. Food donations for Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina accepted.

Arena Football is back in the Triangle! The Torch takes on Greenville Dragons (Greenville, SC) - professional indoor football at Dorton Arena on Saturday - June 3!

3-4 North Carolina Junior Beef Roundup
Youth Livestock Show including steer and breed shows, showmanship competition, skill development, leadership development, and family activities that involve cattle. The North Carolina Junior Beef Round-Up is planned and run by a group of juniors from throughout North Carolina, their breed advisors, the Purebred Breeders Council, the North Carolina Cattlemen's Association and the NCSU 4-H and Youth Livestock Department. Event competition begins Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 a.m.

3-4 Old North State Antique Gun & Military Collector Show
Antique guns, U.S. and foreign military arms and memorabilia exhibited, bought, sold, and traded - WWI, WWII, Civil War, and other conflict bought, sold and traded. Hours are Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults, $1 for children 7 -12 and free for children age 6 and under.

Tarheel Triple Classic Quarter Horse Show
An AQHA Show for registered quarter horses. Classes offered are Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle, Reining, Ranch Riding, and Western Riding. Halter and Showmanship are also included. June 8-11 NCQHVA Show. June 12 thru 13 is The Little Futurity start time 8 am. NCQHA Jamboree June 14-17. All events free spectator admission.

9-11 Gem & Jewelry Show
Dealers will offer a variety of gems, jewelry, crystals, minerals and beads for show and sale. Rare minerals, giant sharks teeth, and fossils will be on display. Hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free admission.
