and Sunday. Each weekend,
the Commercial and Education buildings, the Shoppes at Dorton and the outside
grounds are host to hundreds of dealers, craftsmen,
and booths. The
Flea Market will be open regular hours on Thanksgiving
weekend, but will NOT be open Friday, Nov. 25. |

Reflections" This is a State-wide event. The candle lighting ceremony remembers those we have lost and honors families and friends taking on the role of caregiver and/or living with Alzheimer's Disease or other dementia. Join us in honor of National and North Carolina Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month and Family Caregiver Month. Event will begin at 6:30 pm with the ceremony at 7 pm on Thursday, November 3. Area Handbell Festival This festival will include 300-400 handbell ringers from several States who will join together ringing en masse under a nationally-known handbell clinician. The festival is produced and run by The Raleigh Ringers - registration fee is required for festival participants. Friday hours are 1 - 10 pm ; Saturday from 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. The final concert at 4 p.m. is open to the public and free admission.Canned goods are also being collected for Food Bank of Central Eastern North Carolina.. www.rr.org |

4-5 | City of Oaks Health & Wellness Expo The new and improved Duke Raleigh Hospital City of Oaks Health and Fitness Expo is free and open to the public. More than 60 exhibitors are expected to participate in this fun-filled event offering a wide variety of health and fitness related content including interactive sports activities, free health tests and screenings, free fitness classes and many more health and wellness resources for the entire family!
