The Flea Market reopens on Saturday, Nov. 6 and is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. Each weekend, the Commercial and Education buildings and the outside grounds are host to hundreds of dealers, craftsmen, and booths. 4 Alzheimers North Carolina, Inc. "Candlelight Reflections"
Candlelight Reflections, in honor of National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month and National Caregiver's Month, is a ceremony that will raise awareness of dementia, remembering those we have lost as well as those currently living with this disease and to honor caregivers. 5-6 Capital Area Handbell Festival
This is a festival where handbell ringers from several States come together under a nationally-known handbell clinician. The festival is produced and run by The Raleigh Ringers. Registration is required for festival participants. All ringer groups will be ringing together in a final concert on Saturday at 4pm. The final concert at 4pm is open to the public and free admission.

9-14 Duke Children's Hospital Benefit Hunter Horse Show
Hunter Jumper Horse Show - Daily show Tuesday through Sunday begins at 8:00 am with FREE ADMISSION during the day. Admission is charged for Saturday night Grand Prix at 7:30 pm. The 26th annual Duke Children's Benefit Horse Show, features six days of competition by horses and their riders from the United States and Canada. In addition to competition, the show offers all ages a behind-the-scenes look at how horses are cared for, trained and shown. Youngsters can see the horses in their stalls in the tents and five permanent barns on the complex grounds. The show also features equestrian collectibles and unique gifts from around the country as well as a silent auction open for bidding Tuesday through Saturday night. In addition to vendors for shopping, don't miss family fun night 5:30 - 6:30 pm with a stick race at 6:45 pm Friday night (bring your own stick horse).
