Each weekend, the Commercial and Education buildings and the outside grounds are host to hundreds of dealers, craftsmen, and booths. 4-9 Duke Children's Hospital Benefit Horse Show
Hunter Jumper Horse Show - Daily show Tuesday through Sunday begins at 8:00 am with FREE ADMISSION. Admission is charged for Saturday night Grand Prix at 7:30 pm. The 24th annual Duke Children's Benefit Horse Show, the largest hunter-jumper horse show in the Southeast, features six days of competition by horses and their riders from the United States and Canada. In addition to competition, the show offers all ages a behind-the-scenes look at how horses are cared for, trained and shown. Youngsters can see the horses in their stalls in the five tents and five permanent barns on the complex grounds. The show also features equestrian collectibles and unique gifts from around the country as well as a silent auction open for bidding Tuesday through Saturday night. In addition to vendors for shopping, don't miss family fun night 5:30 - 6:30 pm with a stick race at 6:45 pm Friday night (bring your own stick horse).

8-9 Neuse River Trains - 24th Annual Train & Railroadiana Show & Sale
Model railroad show and sale sponsored by Neuse River Valley Model Railroad Club, a non-profit educational organization chartered to promote the hobby of model railroading. 14-16 Capital Area Handbell Festival
For the 20th consecutive year, 300-400 handbell ringers from several States come together for two days of ringing and learning under a nationally-known handbell clinician. The festival is produced and run by The Raleigh Ringers. The 300-400 ringers will present a final concert at 4:00 pm on Saturday that is free and open to the public.
