The Competitions Department will be extending the entry process for ALL entries until Friday, September 21. Please anticipate a loss of power after the storm, and go ahead and get your entries in before it makes landfall. Hand-delivered entry forms must be in our office by 5 p.m. Online entries must be entered by 11:59 p.m. Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 21.


Please be sure to read all rules and regulations for each department you enter.


Most competitions require pre-registration closing mid-September, so early registration is recommended. Registration deadlines vary by department.


If you have questions about which categories will accommodate your exhibits, please contact the Entry Department for guidance before you register.


Exhibitors who choose not to disclose their full Social Security Number or Federal Tax ID at the time of registration (paper entry forms or online), even if they have submitted an entry in the past, forfeit any and all premium monies they may be entitled to.
