Chinese tobacco delegation will visit State Fair Saturday

 

WHO/WHAT:	Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler will play host to a 22-person delegation from China’s tobacco industry at the N.C. State Fair.
WHEN:	Saturday, Oct. 24, 2:30 to 5 p.m.
WHERE:	State Fairgrounds. The delegation will tour the Got to Be NC Agriculture exhibit near the Scott Building, the tobacco barn and other exhibits in Heritage Circle, and the Exposition Center.
OTHER INFO:	The Chinese delegation’s visit comes in response to Troxler’s trade mission to China in August. The commissioner is trying to expand the Chinese market for N.C. tobacco.
